Provide full details of the animal and case (see below) –

Include the following details in a referral Email or send a referral document (together with images) including

• Owners details
• Full signalment of the animal (name, breed, age, sex , intact/neutered)
• Pertinent history
• Relevant clinical findings including any treatment given and response
• Details of the radiographic procedure (including views, any sedation/GA, contrast agents etc).

Reports:

Electronic reports will be emailed directly to the referral veterinarian usually within 12-24 hours as the case is received.
